The Ralph F. Krueger, Jr. Memorial Fund
As the founding director of The Richmond Forum (1986-1993), Ralph F. Krueger, Jr. believed that The Forum's programs should instill civic pride, relate to contemporary life, and challenge citizens to discuss and explore the political, cultural and economic trends and issues that affect our communities today.
The Ralph F. Krueger, Jr. Memorial Fund:
Supports and advances the mission of The Richmond Forum as the premier public forum in the United States.
Extends The Forum's educational programs throughout the Greater Richmond Community.
Honors Mr. Krueger's vision for a truly public forum by creatively enhancing the activities and goals of The Richmond Forum.

Elegba Folklore Society
Support for Juneteenth, A Freedom Celebration provided for keynote speaker Dr. Patricia Newton for her presentation "The African American Man and the Legacy of Post-Traumatic Slavery Disorder."
Chesterfield County Public Schools
Annual support for the International Baccalaureate Program Speakers Forum, open to IB students and parents, and student representatives throughout Chesterfield County. Keynote speakers have included:
Mr. Walter Crawford, founder and executive director of the World Bird Sanctuary.
Mr. Daniel "Ssuuna" Stanley, a dancer, drummer, singer, songwriter and reggae artist from Uganda.Ms. Sarah Scaturro, Outreach Services Associate for International Baccalaureate North America, who spoke on the issue of landmines and raised awareness of this global concern.
Mr. Wayne Beachy, a representative of 10,000 Villages, who spoke on the macroeconomics of developing countries and how fair trade organizations address the needs of specific disadvantaged cultural groups.
City of Richmond Public Schools
John F. Kennedy High School and the Media One/CNN Student Bureau. Support was utilized to organize and present a “Pre-Forum Workshop Series” which provided speakers whose topics related to upcoming Richmond Forum programs. The workshop series involved approximately 100 students and teachers.
Support for journalism students from John F. Kennedy High School to research, write and publish articles about Forum speakers and programs in expanded editions of The Flame, the school's student newspaper. Students wrote about how subjects presented in Forum programs relate to issues of local concern in the City of Richmond.
Henrico County Public Schools
Support provided for the development of a circulating curriculum unit that enabled students to learn about the process of archaeological research. The unit included materials, artifacts and a field trip to an archaeological dig site.Support for the 1998-1999 Superintendent’s Student Leadership Series provided for nationally known motivational speaker Rolfe Carawan to speak about leadership qualities at school-wide assemblies in eight high schools throughout the district.
